Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Skylane Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses Skylane, including team members and anyone using the API, webhooks, MCP server or Make connector. Skylane is operated by SS Coaching, LLC (Money Master HQ).

Skylane publishes to social platforms through their official APIs. Misuse can put your accounts, other customers' accounts and our access to those platforms at risk, so we take this seriously.

1. You must not use Skylane to:

1.1 Spam

• send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages;
• post repetitive, irrelevant or misleading content, links or hashtags; or
• mass-mention, mass-tag or mass-reply to accounts that have not asked to hear from you.

1.2 Manipulate engagement

• buy, sell or exchange likes, follows, comments, shares, views or reviews;
• coordinate fake or inauthentic engagement, including through networks of accounts you control; or
• use Skylane to artificially boost trending topics or hashtags.

1.3 Post duplicate content in bulk

• post the same or substantially the same content across many accounts, or repeatedly on the same account, in a way the platform treats as spam or platform manipulation; or
• use evergreen recycling, CSV uploads or the API to flood a platform with duplicate posts.

Posting the same announcement to your own accounts on different platforms is fine. Repeating it at scale across many accounts or many times is not.

1.4 Impersonate or mislead

• pretend to be another person, brand or organisation, or suggest an affiliation that does not exist;
• connect accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage; or
• hide paid or sponsored relationships where the law or a platform requires disclosure.

1.5 Publish harmful or illegal content

• content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• content that exploits or endangers children;
• harassment, threats, hate speech or content that incites violence;
• malware, phishing or deceptive links; or
• anything that breaks a connected platform's terms, community guidelines or advertising policies.

1.6 Misuse the Service

• try to access accounts, workspaces or data that are not yours;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission;
• overload the Service or the API, or get around rate limits, plan limits or X link post allowances;
• scrape, copy or resell the Service or its data; or
• share login details or use one account for people outside your team in a way that avoids plan limits.

2. AI features

Do not use AI features to create content that breaks this AUP, to generate misleading content about real people, or to produce content at a volume intended to spam. Review AI output before publishing.

3. What we may do

If we believe you have broken this AUP, or a platform tells us your use breaks its rules, we may, with or without notice:

• remove or stop publishing content;
• pause scheduled posts;
• limit features, such as the API or bulk uploads;
• suspend or close your account; and
• report illegal activity to the authorities.

Where reasonable and lawful, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first. Suspension for breach of this AUP does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Reporting misuse

If you see Skylane being misused, email info@moneymasterhq.com with details and links.

We may update this AUP. The latest version is always on this page.
