Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: 2 November 2026

This page explains how to delete the data Skylane holds about you, including data received from Facebook, Instagram and Threads (Meta), TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and Bluesky. Skylane is operated by SS Coaching, LLC (Money Master HQ).

Option 1: Delete your whole Skylane account

1. Sign in at https://skylane.moneymasterhq.com/app.
2. Open Settings, then Data and privacy.
3. Click Delete my account.
4. Type your email address to confirm and click Delete permanently.

If you have an active paid plan, cancel it first in Settings, then Billing.

We delete your account, Your Content, connected account tokens and platform data within 30 days. We keep only the records the law requires (for example invoices for tax purposes).

Option 2: Disconnect one platform

1. Open Accounts in Skylane.
2. Click the account, then Disconnect.

We delete that account's access token straight away and its stored platform data within 30 days.

Option 3: Remove Skylane from the platform itself

• Facebook: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Find Skylane and click Remove. Meta then sends us a deletion request automatically and we delete the data received from Meta for your account.
• Instagram: Settings and privacy, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, then remove Skylane.
• Threads: Settings, then Account, then Website permissions, then remove Skylane.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps and services permissions, then remove Skylane.
• YouTube, Google Business Profile and Google Drive: visit your Google security settings, choose Skylane and click Remove access.
• LinkedIn: Settings, then Data privacy, then Permitted services, then remove Skylane.
• X: Settings and privacy, then Security and account access, then Apps and sessions, then Connected apps, then revoke Skylane.
• Pinterest: Settings, then Security and logins, then Apps, then revoke Skylane.
• Bluesky: revoke the Skylane session in your Bluesky account settings.

Removing access on the platform stops Skylane posting or reading data straight away. To delete the data we already hold, also use Option 1 or 2, or email us.

Option 4: Email us

If you cannot sign in, email info@moneymasterhq.com from the email address on your Skylane account with the subject Delete my Skylane data. Tell us which data you want deleted (everything, or a specific connected account). We will confirm your identity, complete the deletion within 30 days and email you a confirmation.

Meta data deletion callback

When you remove Skylane from Facebook, Meta sends us a data deletion request. We respond with a confirmation code and a status link where you can check progress. If you have that code, you can also quote it in an email to us.
