Data Processing Summary
Effective date: 2 November 2026
This summary explains how Skylane, operated by SS Coaching, LLC (Money Master HQ), processes personal data on behalf of business customers. It forms part of the Terms of Service for customers who use Skylane for a business. If you need a signed data processing agreement, email info@moneymasterhq.com.
1. Roles
- You (the customer) are the controller of the personal data in Your Content, your connected accounts and your team members' details.
- We act as your processor for that data and process it only on your documented instructions, which are your use of the Service and these terms.
- For account, billing, security and website data we are an independent controller, as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. What we process

3. Our commitments
We will:
- process personal data only on your instructions, unless the law requires otherwise (and tell you if we think an instruction breaks the law);
- make sure our staff are bound by confidentiality;
- apply appropriate security measures, including encryption in transit, encryption of platform tokens at rest, hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, role-based access and monitoring;
- use only the subprocessors on our Subprocessors list, under written terms with equivalent protections, and give at least 14 days' notice of new subprocessors by updating that page and, for paid customers, by email;
- help you respond to data subject requests through in-app export and deletion tools and by email;
- tell you without undue delay, and in any case within 72 hours of becoming aware, of a personal data breach affecting your data;
- help you with data protection impact assessments where reasonably needed;
- delete or return personal data at the end of the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy and Data deletion page; and
- make available information reasonably needed to show compliance with these commitments.
4. International transfers
Our subprocessors may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another valid transfer mechanism.
