Each connected profile, page or channel counts as one account. For example, one Instagram account, one Facebook Page and one LinkedIn company page are 3 accounts. You can connect several accounts on the same platform.
AI credits pay for AI features such as caption writing, rewrites, hashtags, images, voiceovers and short video clips. Each plan includes a monthly allowance that resets every billing month. The app always shows the cost before anything runs.
No. Monthly plan credits reset each billing month. Credits from Studio credit packs are different: they never expire.
X charges developers for posts that contain links. To keep plan prices fair for everyone, each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of X link posts per X account. Posts without links are not counted. On Agency, extra X link posts cost $0.25 each.
Each extra account costs $1 a month. You only pay for accounts you actually connect.
Yes. Upgrades take effect straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Not while you stay subscribed. Your price is locked at the rate you signed up at. If we change prices later, it only affects new subscriptions.
Go to Settings, then Billing, then Cancel plan. That is it. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
