Workspaces
Each workspace has its own accounts, calendar, media library, brand voice and time zone. Growth includes 5 workspaces and Agency unlimited.
Team roles
Invite teammates and give each the role they need.
- Owner - billing and everything else
- Admin - manage accounts, members and settings
- Editor - create and schedule posts
- Contributor - create drafts that need approval
- Viewer - read only
Approvals
Turn on approvals for a workspace and posts wait until an approver signs them off. Approvers can approve, request changes or reject with a note, and the author is told the decision.
Client approval links
On Agency, send a client a secure link to review and approve posts without creating a Skylane login.
