Before you start
- If you pay for a plan, cancel it first in Settings, then Plan and billing.
- Export anything you want to keep - see Export your data.
Steps

Open Data
Under Settings in the left-hand menu, click Data.

Type your email address
In the delete section, type your account email into Type your email address to confirm.

Request the deletion link
Click Email me the deletion link. Nothing is deleted yet.

Confirm from your email
Open the email from Skylane and click its link. That permanently deletes your account, the workspaces you own and everything in them.
Good to know
- Disconnect one social account only: open Accounts, click Disconnect next to it and confirm. Skylane deletes its access token straight away.
- You can also remove Skylane in the platform's own settings, for example your Google account connections (opens in a new tab).

Common problems
I cannot sign in to delete my account
Email info@moneymasterhq.com from your account email with the subject Delete my Skylane data. We verify the request and complete it within 30 days.
