1. Create your workspace
When you sign up, Skylane creates your first workspace. Give it your brand's name and choose its time zone - every scheduled time in this workspace uses it. You can change both later in Settings, then Workspace.
2. Connect your accounts
Open Accounts and click the Connect button on a network's card. You sign in on the network's own login screen; Skylane never sees your password. Each network has its own requirements, and every card has a How to connect guide - see Connecting accounts.
3. Set your queue times (optional)
On Accounts, click Queue times next to an account and add the days and times you like to post. Then you can click Add to queue instead of picking a time for every post.
4. Write and schedule your first post
- Click Compose.
- Choose the accounts to post to.
- Write your caption and add media. Use the platform tabs to adjust each network's version.
- Fix anything flagged by the pre-flight checks.
- Click Schedule, Add to queue or Post now.
5. Choose your alerts
All alerts are off by default. Open Settings, then Notifications to pick which events you want to hear about and where. See Choose your notifications and alerts.
