Before you start
- You are an owner, admin or editor of the workspace.
Steps
- Step 1
Open Workspace settings
Under Settings in the left-hand menu, click Workspace and scroll to Holiday mode.

Choose when
Leave Start empty to pause straight away, or pick a date and time. Leave End empty to keep it on until you switch it off, or pick when it should end. Times are in the workspace time zone.

Turn it on
Click Turn on holiday mode now (or Schedule holiday mode if you chose a start). The dashboard shows Holiday mode is on while it lasts.

What happens to due posts
Any post that comes due while holiday mode is on is not sent. It shows as Paused in the calendar. Nothing is deleted and your queue times stay as they are.
- Step 5
Switch it off
Click Switch off holiday mode to keep missed posts paused and reschedule them one by one from the calendar, or Switch off and publish missed posts now to send them all straight away. If you set an end date, holiday mode ends on its own and the missed posts wait for you.
