Connect a YouTube channel

Steps

   Open Accounts in Skylane

   In the left-hand menu, click Accounts. Scroll to the Connect an account section, where each network has its own card.

   Click Connect YouTube

   On the YouTube card, click Connect YouTube. Google's sign-in screen opens.

   Choose the Google account and channel

   Choose the Google account that owns or manages the channel. If you manage more than one channel, choose the one to connect.

   Allow access

   Review what Skylane asks for and continue. Keep Manage your YouTube videos ticked if Google shows tick boxes, otherwise uploads fail.

   Choose what to add

   Back in Skylane, a box called Choose what to add from YouTube appears. Tick each one you want to schedule to - each counts as one social account on your plan - then click the Add button (it shows how many you ticked, for example Add 1 account).

   Check it says Connected

   Under Connected accounts, your channel now shows a green Connected badge. You can click Queue times next to it to set the days and times you like to post.
