Before you start
- This is done by someone who already has full control of the Page, on a computer.
- You know the name or email address of the Facebook account that needs access.
- Have that person's Facebook account signed in somewhere, so they can accept the invitation.
Steps
- Step 1
Switch into the Page
On facebook.com, click your profile picture in the top-right corner and choose the Page's name, so you are acting as the Page.
- Step 2
Open the Page's settings
Click the Page's profile picture in the top-right corner, then Settings and privacy, then Settings.
Where to find it in Facebook- Profile picture
- Settings and privacy
- Settings
- Step 3
Open Page access
Find Page access in the settings menu. At the time of writing it sits under New Pages Experience or Page setup, depending on your Page.
- Step 4
Add the person
Next to People with Facebook access, click Add New, then Next. Search for the person by name or email address and select them.
- Step 5
Give them enough access to post
Switch on Allow this person to have full control, or, for partial access, make sure Content is included. Skylane needs to be able to create content on the Page.
- Step 6
Confirm
Click Give Access, enter your Facebook password when asked and click Confirm. The person accepts the invitation from their Facebook notifications.
- Step 7
Reconnect in Skylane
The person with the new access opens Accounts in Skylane and clicks Connect Facebook, or Reconnect if the Page is already listed.

Common problems
I cannot see Page access
Only people with full control can add others. Ask an existing Page admin, or the business that owns the Page in Meta Business Suite, to do these steps.
The Page belongs to a business portfolio
Your access in Meta Business Suite must include Content for that Page. Ask a business portfolio admin to add it.
Official documentation
Other companies change their menus from time to time. The labels in this guide were checked against their official help on 2 Nov 2026.
