Common problems
I do not see Account type and tools
Update the Instagram app, then look again. On some versions it is under Settings and privacy, then Account type and tools.
Instagram says the Page is already linked
A Facebook Page can be linked to one Instagram account at a time. Unlink the other account from the Page first, or use a different Page.
I cannot see my Page when connecting
Your Facebook account needs full control of the Page. See Give someone posting access to a Facebook Page.
